A Mothers Mind Writing & Wisdom Sharing Workshop

When you first walked through the doors of Mothers Mind, or when you were in those intense early days of motherhood, what were the words you needed to hear most?

We're hosting a creative group workshop to gather real advice, honest solidarity, and warm encouragement to share with new mums taking their first steps into our community.

Together, we'll be creating welcome postcards and letters that show prospective members what Mothers Mind Staffordshire is truly all about - no judgement, just real mums supporting each other through the ups and downs.

Here what our session will look:

• Brew and biscuit: Settle in, grab a warm drink and catch up with friendly faces.

• Check in: A quick check-in using our emotion wheel to see how everyone is arriving.

• Who is a Mothers Mind Mum? "To the mum who....." - who needs to read our messages?

• Group Brainstorm & Note Writing: We'll map out real talk advice, then put pen to paper to write postcards or longer letters for mums like us.

• Open Reflection: Space to chat about anything that came up while writing.

• Gentle Close: Wrapping up the session together with a relaxing, grounding meditation.

A little note about donations

This workshop is completely free to attend. If you are in a position to do so and would like to make a donation towards the costs of our Mothering Mothers Campaign, our card reader will be available during the evening. However, there is no expectation or obligation to donate, your presence and the words you help us create are more than enough.
