Coming soon: an online connection group designed to offer emotional support, flexibility and compassionate peer-led support for mothers.

This group is ideal for mothers who need additional connection alongside our face-to-face programme, including those returning to work, managing school holidays, or caring for unwell infants. It provides a safe and accessible space to stay connected, supported and held during life's more challenging or busy periods.

Sessions are designed to be flexible and inclusive, offering a gentle way to maintain continuity of care when attending in-person groups is not possible.
